Photos taken on March 2009 during the works to build Albania-Kosovo highway, better known as the "Highway of the Nation" or the "Patriotic Highway". The 61 central section from Rreshen to Kalimash was build by Bechtel and Enka joint-venture and cost more than 1 BN USD. The exact costs are unknown.
